Roles and Responsibilities
:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of carpenters and helpers at the worksite.
Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Ensure all carpentry work (doors, partitions, ceilings, cabinets, etc.) meets company standards and project requirements.
Manage material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team.
Maintain safety standards and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
Provide on-the-job training and support to carpentry team members.
Track work progress, ensure timely task completion, and report to project manager/site engineer.
Handle site issues and solve problems efficiently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a carpentry supervisory role in construction or maintenance.
Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Immediate joiners preferred.
