Supervise all joinery activities inside the workshop and during installation.
Distribute daily tasks to skilled carpenters based on work priority.
Ensure all items are fabricated according to drawings and quality standards.
Maintain workshop discipline, safety, and cleanliness.
Monitor use and maintenance of carpentry tools and equipment.
Coordinate material needs and stock with the engineer.
Assist in inspecting completed work before dispatch or installation.
