About the Role:
We are seeking a
highly skilled Carpentry Specialist Foreman
to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage and oversee carpentry installation works for a variety of projects, including kitchens, wardrobes, cabinets, and doors.You will play a key role in ensuring all on-site activities are executed with precision, efficiency, and in line with the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise on-site carpentry installation teams. Take accurate site measurements and ensure proper implementation. Read, interpret, and execute detailed technical drawings and project plans. Monitor the entire installation process to maintain quality and timely delivery. Coordinate with project teams to achieve deadlines and client expectations. Enforce site safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum
4 years of carpentry experience
in Dubai.Valid UAE Driving License
is mandatory. Strong technical expertise in carpentry tools, materials, and installation techniques. Ability to read and work from technical drawings independently. Proven leadership and team management skills. Good troubleshooting abilities and a proactive mindset. ExcellentEnglish communication skills
(spoken and written). Strong work ethic with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
