Supervise carpenters and helpers on-site or in the workshop.
Assign daily carpentry tasks (formwork, framing, finishing, etc.).
Ensure work follows drawings, measurements, and specifications.
Maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity.
Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment.
Enforce safety procedures and site rules.
Report daily progress and issues to the Site/Project Manager.
Requirements:
Strong carpentry experience (5+ years preferred).
Ability to read drawings and set out work.
Leadership and team coordination skills.
Good knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques.
