24 Seven Carpentry looking for experienced carpenter foreman for Interior and fit out.

Key Responsibilities

Measuring, cutting, shaping, and smoothing lumber and other construction materials. Constructing building frameworks including walls, floors, and doorframes. Ensuring structures are level, square, and securely assembled. Building and Installing features such as doors, cabinets, stairs, and paneling, tv walls. Inspecting and replacing damaged frameworks or other structures and fixtures. Supervising carpenters, materials, tools, and equipment needed Making sure job is completed and meet deadlines. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety and health regulations.3 Able to read and understand Drawings and guide the team accordingly.

Tasks and Duties

Using leveling devices to ensure accurate installation of structures. Modifying building materials and creating custom cabinetry or other detailed architectural or furniture items. Performing minor calculations to assess load requirements and material dimensions. Proven experience as a carpenter with a minimum of

years in the construction industry. Thorough knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction. Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc. Ability to read technical documents and drawings. English proficiency and interpersonal skills. Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items and work in diverse environment
