Key Responsibilities:



Cutting List & Material Expertise:

Prepare precise cutting lists and material estimates, optimizing resources to minimize waste and costs.

Team Leadership:

Directly supervise factory labor teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and productivity goals. Mentor staff to uphold quality standards.

Client & Project Management:

Liaise with clients to assess needs, provide project updates, and resolve concerns promptly. Conduct site visits to ensure seamless execution.

Installation Collaboration:

Partner with installer teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain project timelines.

Operational Oversight:

Monitor inventory, machinery, and workflows to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements:



Experience:

5+ years in a supervisory role (manufacturing/cabinetry preferred).

Technical Skills:

Expertise in cutting list preparation, material estimation, and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) is a plus.

Leadership:

Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate with installers.

Client Service:

Strong track record in client-facing roles, managing expectations, and delivering solutions.

Logistics:

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to sites.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
