Job Description

Role Overview:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day operations on-site across both

Interiors

and

MEP

scopes. This includes supervising technicians, coordinating tasks, ensuring work quality, maintaining safety standards, and communicating progress to management. The supervisor will act as the operational bridge between office and site.

Key Responsibilities:Site Management

Supervise daily site activities, assign tasks, and monitor the performance of MEP and Interiors technicians (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painter, Carpenter, etc.) Ensure projects are executed according to drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues on the spot

Work Planning & Reporting

Prepare and submit daily progress reports, attendance sheets, and site photos Maintain records of material usage, manpower, and completed tasks Communicate project updates, delays, or challenges to management

Quality, Safety & Compliance

Enforce safety rules and ensure PPE usage on-site Perform quality checks and correct deficiencies immediately Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and client standards

Team Supervision

Guide and support junior technicians Ensure proper discipline, professionalism, and work ethics on-site Evaluate technician performance and provide feedback to management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in UAE Strong knowledge of

interior fit-out

and

MEP works

(especially electrical, plumbing, HVAC basics) Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical details Good communication in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus) Familiar with Dubai Municipality / Civil Defence standards is a plus Must be

hands-on

, organized, and capable of handling multiple trades

Preferred:

UAE Driving License Certification in site safety or construction supervision Past experience with startups or small contracting companies
