Key Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and assemble furniture, doors, panels, and other wooden or composite components.
Install interior elements for hotel rooms and custom-designed spaces according to project specifications.
Read and interpret installation plans, technical drawings, and work orders.
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and safe site operations.
Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and finish while meeting project deadlines.
Follow all health, safety, and quality standards on site.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Carpentry Skills:
Proficient in measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing furniture, doors, and interiors.
Interior Installation:
Previous experience with hotel or custom interior installations is essential.
Quality & Speed:
Able to produce excellent results quickly and accurately under time constraints.
Physical Fitness:
Capable of performing manual labor for 8-10 hours per day.
Teamwork:
Dependable, collaborative, and follows instructions and site procedures.
Basic English:
Able to understand and respond to basic work-related communication.
Mobility:
Willing and prepared to relocate to Montenegro for long-term employment.
Driving License:
Category B license is considered an advantage.
