Job Description
:
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities
- Supervise and train workers and tradespeople
- Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and drawings.
- Construct formwork structures using wood, plywood, steel, or other materials.
- Accurately measure and cut materials to specified dimensions.
- Ensure that formwork is secure, level, and properly aligned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Total 8 experience as a Shuttering Carpenter or Formwork Carpenter in construction projects.
- Minimum 5years work experience in GCC/Gulf Countries as Shuttering Carpenter ForemanKnowledge of carpentry techniques and the ability to read construction plans.
- Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment.
- Strong mathematical and measurement skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in construction.
