'Caretaker' urgently required for VIP Family VILLA in Oman

The requirements for the VIP Family VILLA is for our sponsor's house, screening as per requirements. Should have a good attitude and behavior, any habits such as smoking and drinking habits which are not allowed in the villa.

--. Caretaker duties and responsibilities

Cleaning the building / Villa. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Gardening and performing landscape duties or supervising others in these roles. Ensure that the landscape is well-groomed. Inspecting the building, including heating, cooling, lighting and alarm systems to make sure they are in good working order. Performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required. Implement security measures to protect the property from theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. Keep an inventory of household items, supplies, and equipment. Coordinating with the Maintenance Team for the major repairs Monitoring cleaning materials, tools, and furniture and reordering as required Adhering to the company's safety policies to create a safe environment. · Male not more than 40 y/o, Married, Preferably from Kerala, India · Communication: Arabic speaking not required but advantage. Can speak good in English. · Salary: 200-230 per month + 50 extra for food allowance + Annual vacation + Accommodation
