Position name : Veterinary Clinic Caretaker (Female) We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate female Caretaker to join our veterinary clinic team. As a Caretaker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our animal patients during their stay at our clinic. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized environment, assisting with animal care, and providing support to our veterinary staff. Requirements :

• Animal Care:

Feed, water, and provide basic care for animals in the clinic.
Assist with monitoring and administering medication as directed by veterinarians.
Provide comfort and attention to animals to reduce stress during their stay.
Assist with restraining and handling animals during examinations and treatments.

• Cleaning and Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and hygienic environment within the clinic.
Clean and disinfect cages, kennels, and examination rooms regularly.
Ensure all areas are organized and free from hazards.

• Administrative Support:Assist with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients.

Keep accurate records of animal care and treatment as required.
Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and stocking.

• Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and other clinic staff.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on their pets when necessary.

• Compliance:

Follow all clinic policies and procedures.
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the well-being of both animals and staff. Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a pet store or related industry.
• A deep passion for and knowledge of pets and their needs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills for point-of-sale (POS) system use.
• Friendly and approachable personality with a strong work ethic.
