Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join a private household as a Caregiver.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive and respectful personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility as required..
Supervise daily routines and maintain a safe, clean, and tidy home environment.
Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration in accordance with dietary needs and preferences..
Attend to light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, bathroom cleaning, and changing bed linen.
Maintain confidentiality, privacy, and respect for all individuals at all times.
Required Skills
Previous experience as a caregiver in a private house, care home, or related environment preferred.
Understanding of basic personal care, hygiene standards, and safeguarding procedures.
Strong communication skills with a caring and flexible approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all Tema member.
Ability to work with empathy and maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations.
Basic knowledge of emergency response and first aid is advantageous.
Fluency in English is essential; other language skills are a plus.
