Responsibilities:
1. Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs by ensuring an agreed mix of vehicle models and types.
2. Receive customers on the sales floor and determine the type, quality, and specifications of vehicles desired and demonstrate the operation of vehicles by conducting road test; convert prospects to buyers.
3. Cross-sell optional equipment and accessories to customers.
4. Compute sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, discounts, and requirements for financing payments on credit.
5. Prepare quotations and sales contract and secure required documents from customers, such as driving license, civil ID, etc.
6. Co-ordinate for delivery and registration of the vehicle.
7. Research availability of models and optional equipment using a computer database.
8. Follow-up on sales lead, using the list of prospective customers, referrals, database, business directories, etc.
9. Ensure efficient vehicle reservation management in order to maintain consistent business flow.
10. Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures relating to the purchase, registration, insurance, and payment of vehicles by customers.
11. Maintain prospective customers database and develop and maintain relationships with customers and sales contacts and attend to and resolve customer complaints.
12. Document and report customers' feedback to management, and prepare and submit sales reports.
13. Ensure the customer contract is signed and approved by the customer (Including but not limited to the Specifications list).
14. Ensure continuous follow-up with customers on new products in order to meet customer satisfaction.
