Our Emirati Onboarding program offers a structured journey from initial training to long-term career growth, promoting skill development and preparing Emirati professionals within AAA's subsidiaries.
Emirati professionals gain practical insights and hands-on experience through our extensive business ecosystem, connecting academic knowledge with real-world challenges.
The onboarding program immerses new hires in the AAAl culture and operations. Over four weeks, you will gain a thorough understanding of our business and values.
This includes an introduction to the companies, a rotation across our 5 divisions, trainings, workshops, site visits and mentorship with industry professionals.
Qualifications: High school Diploma or Bachelor's degree, UAE Family book
