The Career Data & Engagement Officer will play a crucial role in analyzing, managing, and reporting on career services data whilst taking ownership of our in-house career's platform, 12Twenty. This role involves developing and implementing data reporting systems, producing regular and ad-hoc reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making and institutional reporting requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with career development practices, internship programs, and employer recruitment strategies.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
Ability to work effectively with diverse constituents ; i.e., students from diverse backgrounds, college administrators, faculty, and staff.
Requires excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment as well as to manage multiple, on-ongoing programs and services.
Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer services skills.
