The Car Service Station incharge is responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicles both internally and externally to maintain high standards of presentation and hygiene. The role includes washing, vacuuming, polishing, and ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform exterior washing of vehicles using appropriate cleaning tools and chemicals.
Clean and vacuum car interiors, including seats, carpets, dashboard, windows, and door panels.
Apply wax and polish to vehicles as required.
Ensure all cleaning tasks are done with care to avoid damage to vehicle surfaces.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash and service bay areas.
Refill cleaning materials and report shortages to the supervisor.
Follow proper safety and hygiene procedures while handling cleaning agents.
Report any vehicle damage or issues noticed during the cleaning process to the supervisor.
Ensure customer vehicles are returned in a clean and presentable condition.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in car cleaning or detailing is preferred.
Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Basic knowledge of vehicle surfaces, cleaning agents, and detailing tools.
Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
