Responsible for the recruitment, hierarchical management, and empowerment of merchants in automotive products and local services; at the same time, design the user operation system (activities, benefits, service packages) to improve user acquisition, retention, and repeat purchases.Build and monitor core business metrics (GMV, order volume, number of active users, fulfillment rate, etc.), and optimize traffic allocation, matching efficiency, and growth strategies based on data.Collaborate with departments such as product, growth, and monetization to drive feature optimization, brand promotion, and exploration of revenue streams.

Experience Background
Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in marketing, e-commerce, management or related fields preferred.
More than 5 years of experience in operating Internet platforms, with at least 2 years of
relevant experience in the local life/e-commerce/automobile industry

Has successful cases of driving new business from 0 to 1 and is familiar with the logic of platform matching and supply-demand matching.
