Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused team member to join our car rental company. This hybrid role combines sales, daily operations, and vehicle delivery, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every customer. The ideal candidate will be skilled at helping customers find the right vehicle, managing rental logistics, and personally ensuring cars are delivered ready for their journey.

A. Sales & Customer Service:



Welcome and assist all customers--including tourists, residents, and business clients--in person, by phone, and via email/WhatsApp. Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable vehicle from our diverse fleet. Process rental agreements, clearly explaining all terms, pricing, insurance options, and policies. Achieve sales targets through consultative service and offering value-added options like additional coverage or longer rental periods. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all available vehicles, their features, and fuel efficiency.

B. Operations & Delivery Coordination:



Manage the end-to-end rental process from booking confirmation to vehicle return. Coordinate the daily schedule for vehicle deliveries, collections, and inspections with drivers and the operations team. Conduct thorough pre-rental and post-rental vehicle inspections with customers, documenting the vehicle's condition accurately. Verify all customer documentation (driver's license, ID, payment method) is valid and complete before finalizing any rental. Ensure all rental paperwork and digital records are prepared, complete, and processed correctly.

C. Vehicle Delivery & Customer Support:



Personally deliver and collect vehicles for customers, providing a friendly and efficient handover experience. Give clear, helpful orientations on vehicle features, controls, and rental policies to every customer. Ensure every vehicle delivered is clean, fully fuelled as per policy, and in excellent working condition. Act as a point of contact to resolve any customer questions or issues during the rental period promptly.

D. Administrative & Compliance:



Accurately enter all customer information, bookings, and transactions into the company's rental system. Handle payments, security deposits, and basic billing inquiries according to company procedure. Follow all company policies and legal requirements related to car rental operations.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,200.00 per month
