We are looking for a car rental representative (Office)

COMPANY: MUMTAZ RENT A CAR LLC

LOCATION: INTERNATIONAL CITY DUBAI

REQUIREMENTS:

*preferably FEMALE

MINIMUM 2 YRS EXPERIENCE IN A RENT-A-CAR COMPANY IN DUBAI
IMMEDIATE JOINER HIGHLY PREFERRED
PROFICIENT IN MS WORD, EXCEL, AND FLEET REGISTRATIONS SUCH AS TARS / RTA VEHICLE REGISTRATION
SALARY: TO BE DISCUSSED DURING INTERVIEW (3,000 - 4000)
APPLICANT RESIDING IN INTERNATIONAL CITY (PREFERRED) OR WILLING TO RELOCATE
*RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the cars returned are checked by the drivers for damages, mileage etc, process the payment for the customer and obtain the relevant approvals and documentation from them.
Timely collection of payments due from clients every month
Receive enquiries from the walk-in customers/telephone, take bookings, and provide information on the availability and rental charges.
Ensure operational guidelines are met while servicing the customers.
Manage online aggregators like Dubbizzle and Invygo
Check the customers' credentials and drivers' license draw up a rental agreement and arrange to deliver the car to the customers in a pristine condition.
Liaise with the customers in case of disputed payments of traffic fines etc to ensure timely recovery
Documents filing (Mulkiya, GPS certificate, VCC, Insurance policy, Bank Invoice)
Knowledge of RTA TARS system & QuickBooks
