You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing rental agreements, inspecting vehicles, delivering cars (pick and drop) and ensuring a smooth rental experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with vehicle rental bookings and inquiries
Prepare and process rental agreements and related documentation
Inspect vehicles before and after rental for damage or issues
Deliver and collect vehicles as required
Maintain updated records of vehicle inventory and availability
Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
Handle payments and follow up on overdue rentals
Collaborate with the team to meet monthly rental targets
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in car rental, customer service, or a similar role
Valid UAE driving license
Familiarity with car models, rental procedures, and local traffic rules
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, rental systems)
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays
