Car Park Attendant
We are seeking responsible and customer-focused Car Park Attendants to manage day-to-day parking operations. The ideal candidates will ensure a smooth flow of traffic, provide excellent customer assistance, and report any issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct incoming and outgoing vehicles to ensure efficient traffic flow within the car park.
Assist customers with payment at Pay-on-Foot machines and guide them through the process.
Administer validation processes and manage manual ticket issuing and payment collection.
Report damages, technical faults, or any incidents requiring attention to the relevant authorities.
Provide directions within the facility and promote parking services when needed.
Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance user experience.
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle cash transactions carefully and accurately
Capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
