About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Car Mechanical Supervisor cum Vehicle Diagnosis Expert to join our professional garage team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical issues across various vehicle types, ensuring high- quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations in the garage and ensure smooth workflow among technicians. Perform advanced mechanical diagnostics and identify the root causes of issues using both manual and computerized tools. Oversee and guide mechanical repairs, maintenance, and inspections of vehicles to ensure quality standards. Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, and diagnostics performed. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and workshop policies.

Requirements:

Experience: 5-7 years of hands-on mechanical and diagnostic experience in the UAE automotive industry.
Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in diagnosing and repairing Japan vehicles (mandatory). Working knowledge of German vehicles is an added advantage. Familiarity with modern diagnostic tools and software.
Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Language: Proficiency in English (Arabic or Hindi is an added advantage). License Valid UAE driving license preferred.
