Position: Car Carrier
Company: Al Sahraa Group
Salary: 2000 AED
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Contract Details: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload vehicles onto the carrier using proper equipment and techniques
- Secure vehicles to the carrier using straps, chains, and other equipment to prevent damage during transportation
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues before loading and report any findings to the supervisor
- Plan and organize routes to ensure timely delivery of vehicles
- Follow all traffic and safety laws while driving and operate the carrier in a safe and responsible manner
- Communicate with dispatch to provide updates on delivery status
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle transportation, including pickup and delivery times, mileage, and fuel usage
- Perform basic maintenance on the carrier, such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels
- Assist in the loading and unloading of vehicles at designated locations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Car Carrier or in a similar role
- Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of traffic and safety laws
- Ability to operate and maintain carrier equipment
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy vehicles
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Flexibility to work long hours and weekends if required
