- Salesforce/Oracle experience
- Help clear legacy issues, ensuring we can rely on the Salesforce AR data.
- Ensure checque from customers are cashed in a timely fashion
- Issuance of customer SOAs
- Invoicing (as per milestones)
- Issue NOC invoices & receipts
- Preparation of unbilled AR report
- Validation of finance receipts data entered in Salesforce (Mayar/Thoraya, Nawayef Park View, etc.)
- Monitor bank transactions for incoming payments and allocate to correct customer/invoices
- Post and issue receipts
- Reconciliation of invoices issued vs. payments received
- PDCs/Milestones Payments' Deposits
- Cheque management (filing/deposits/pull out for returned/replacement)
- Coordinating bounced cheques with the collection team for replacement/follow-up
- Payment's processing
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Experience in Accounts Receivable and Collection
- Experience in salesforce
