The role holder is responsible in growing and maintaining customer databases, pursuing new sales
prospects, negotiating deals, and reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our products and services. The role-holder shall have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and having prior sales experience in car care services is preferred.
Key Accountabilities:
Understand and master the services and products offered by the business.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through B2B and B2C strategies.
Set up meetings with potential clients and negotiate deals and offers.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Participate in exhibitions or conferences.
Negotiate deals and get approvals from management.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs)
1. Sales Generation and Revenue Growth
Proactively seek out and identify potential customers and sales opportunities within the market.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
Promote additional products and services to existing customers to increase revenue.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and address any concerns promptly.
3. Product Knowledge and Expertise
Have in-depth knowledge of all car care products and services offered by the business.
Offer expert advice and guidance to customers to help them choose the right products and services for their needs.
4. Market Research and Analysis
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Develop and recommend effective sales strategies based on market research and analysis.
5. Customer Service Excellence
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales support. Address, report, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
6. Sales Reporting and Administration
Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Generate regular sales reports for management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Team Collaboration
Collaborate with other team members, including marketing, service technicians, and customer service representatives, to achieve common goals.
Share insights and best practices with colleagues to enhance overall team performance.
8. Promotional Activities
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
Execute promotional campaigns and offers to boost sales and attract customers.
9. Compliance and Ethical Standards
Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Proven experience as Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in a car care service industry
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and has aptitude in delivering presentations
