We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented

Captain Waitress

to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel group in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 2

+ years of experience

in a similar role within luxury 5-star hotels, demonstrating strong leadership, exceptional guest service, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support waitresses to ensure outstanding food and beverage service in line with luxury hotel standards. Oversee daily floor operations for smooth, efficient, and attentive guest service. Train, mentor, and motivate the service team to maintain consistently high performance. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally and courteously. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and hygiene across dining areas and service stations. Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for timely and accurate order delivery. Manage table setups, reservations, and special dining requests to enhance the guest experience. Monitor service supplies and report shortages or maintenance issues promptly. Ensure adherence to hotel policies, safety procedures, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or F&B certification preferred

2+ years of experience as Captain Waitress

in luxury 5-star hotels. Strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities. Solid understanding of fine-dining standards, menu presentation, and up-selling techniques. Well-groomed, professional appearance aligned with luxury hospitality standards. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
