Job Description

Urgent Required Experienced Captain



Guest Experience:

Greet guests, manage seating, handle reservations, and ensure prompt, courteous service, addressing complaints tactfully.

Staff Supervision & Training:

Lead, train, and motivate servers, ensure adherence to service standards, conduct briefings, and manage staff schedules.

Operations Management:

Oversee daily dining room activities, coordinate with the kitchen, manage order flow, and ensure smooth service.

Quality Control:

Maintain cleanliness, uphold health and safety standards, and ensure proper table settings and equipment.

Menu & Sales:

Possess deep menu knowledge, assist with selections, and promote upselling to boost revenue.

Administrative Duties:

Handle billing, manage inventory, and report on operations and guest feedback.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
