Maintain and enforce high standards of service, from the moment guests are seated until they depart, ensuring consistency in every interaction.
Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless service, timely delivery of orders, and prompt resolution of any issues.
Monitor the presentation and quality of dishes and beverages served, ensuring they meet Masti's high standards.
Handle any guest complaints or issues with tact and professionalism, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing glassware, and resetting tables for the next service.
Provide feedback and reports to the management team regarding guest feedback, staff performance, and any operational issues.
