The Captain Waiter is responsible for supervising the service team, ensuring excellent guest experience, and maintaining high service standards in the restaurant. This role acts as a liaison between the kitchen, service staff, and guests, ensuring smooth operations and satisfaction at every table.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the waitstaff team during service hours.
Greet guests warmly, guide them to their tables, and ensure a high standard of customer service throughout their dining experience.
Take and serve orders accurately, ensuring all guests' requests are met promptly and professionally.
Coordinate between the kitchen and service staff for timely food delivery.
Manage table assignments and monitor dining area flow.
Assist in training and onboarding new waitstaff.
Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
Monitor cleanliness and presentation of the dining area, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.
Ensure proper billing and cash handling procedures are followed.
Requirements:
Willing to work on shifting schedule, holidays and weekends.

Pay: Up to AED2,700.00 per month
