We are seeking a talented and service-driven

Captain Waiter

to join a prestigious

5-star luxury hotel group in Qatar

. The ideal candidate will have

2-3 years of experience

in a similar position within a high-end hospitality environment, demonstrating strong leadership, exceptional guest service skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team toward delivering world-class dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the waitstaff to ensure exceptional food and beverage service in line with luxury hospitality standards. Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring prompt, professional, and attentive service at all times. Train, coach, and inspire team members to maintain the highest levels of service consistency, quality, and guest satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries and feedback effectively to ensure a memorable dining experience and repeat patronage. Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards throughout dining and service areas. Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless communication and smooth service flow. Manage table setups, dining reservations, and special requests with precision and attention to detail. Monitor inventory of service equipment and report shortages or maintenance needs promptly. Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and operational procedures as defined by the hotel.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

as a Captain Waiter or Senior Waiter in a

5-star hotel

or

fine dining establishment

. Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest engagement abilities. In-depth knowledge of fine dining standards, menu presentation, and upselling techniques. Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury hospitality expectations. Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in

English

is required; additional languages are an advantage.
