We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented

Captain Waiter

to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel group in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have at least

2-3 years of experience

in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment, showcasing strong leadership, exceptional guest service skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team of waitstaff to deliver world-class dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the waitstaff to ensure exceptional food and beverage service in accordance with luxury hospitality standards. Oversee daily restaurant operations to guarantee prompt, attentive, and professional service at all times. Train, mentor, and inspire team members to maintain consistency, quality, and excellence in service delivery. Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues efficiently to ensure complete guest satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards across all dining and service areas. Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless communication and smooth service flow. Manage table setups, dining reservations, and special requests with attention to detail and precision. Monitor inventory levels of service equipment and report shortages or maintenance needs promptly. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards as set by the hotel.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

as a Captain Waiter or Senior Waiter in a 5-star luxury hotel or fine dining environment. Proven leadership, organizational, and team management capabilities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest engagement skills. Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, menu presentation, and upselling techniques. Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury hospitality expectations. Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Fluency in

English

is required; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,300.00 per month

F&B Captain in Luxury 5 star Hotels: 2 years (Required)
