We are looking for an experienced and service-driven

Captain Waiter

to join a renowned 5-star luxury hotel group in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment, demonstrating strong leadership, exceptional guest service, and the ability to lead a team of waitstaff effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the waitstaff to deliver outstanding food and beverage service in line with luxury hotel standards. Oversee daily floor operations to ensure guests receive prompt, attentive, and professional service. Train, guide, and motivate team members to maintain high service standards and operational excellence. Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction and repeat patronage. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained across dining and service areas. Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to guarantee seamless and timely service delivery. Manage table settings, reservations, and special dining requests. Monitor stock levels of service equipment and report shortages or requirements as needed. Comply with all health, safety, and operational policies and procedures.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Captain Waiter or Senior Waiter in a 5-star hotel. Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities. In-depth knowledge of fine dining standards, menu details, and up-selling techniques. Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a luxury service environment. Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
