We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented

Captain Waiter

to join our team, an authentic Arabic restaurant renowned for its warm hospitality and traditional cuisine. The ideal candidate will be of

Arabic nationality

, fluent in Arabic and English, and have a passion for delivering exceptional guest service that reflects true Arabic hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations. Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring an outstanding dining experience. Take and manage guest orders accurately, ensuring timely service and communication with the kitchen team. Train and guide waiters and runners on service standards and menu knowledge. Ensure all tables are properly set and maintained throughout service. Handle guest feedback or complaints courteously and effectively. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the dining area. Support management in achieving guest satisfaction and service excellence goals. Promote menu items and upsell whenever appropriate to enhance the guest experience and maximize sales.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Captain Waiter

or

Head Waiter

in an

Arabic or Middle Eastern restaurant

.

Arabic nationality

(required).

Fluent in Arabic and English

(spoken and written). Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine and traditional dining service. Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills. Professional appearance and a positive attitude. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
