Job Summary

: We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Chef de Rang and Captain Waiter to lead our fine dining service team. The Chef de Rang and Captain Waiter is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the dining room operations, ensuring impeccable service standards, and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fine dining, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities :

Lead and supervise the waitstaff team, ensuring adherence to service standards, proper etiquette, and timely execution of tasks. Engage with guests warmly and professionally, addressing inquiries, offering recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Oversee table assignments, reservations, and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and ensure a seamless dining experience. Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and wine pairings, to confidently answer guest questions and offer suggestions. Handle guest complaints and concerns with diplomacy and tact, ensuring a positive resolution and guest satisfaction. Train, mentor, and motivate waitstaff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Monitor and maintain the smooth flow of service, coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes and address any potential issues. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and suggestive selling to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue. Assist with inventory management, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

:

At least 23 years old. Maximum 26 years old

Can speak English well, and Arabic (preferred) Minimum of 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Strong leadership and communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and multitask, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional service. In-depth knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine and beverage pairings, food safety regulations, and restaurant operations.
