Job Summary Primary expectation from the Captain role is to deliver exceptional standard of service and provide specialist advice to guests and colleagues by demonstrating deep knowledge of Ossiano food and beverage items. You will drive the training needs based on the Ossiano sequence of service in relations to the brand standard and have flawless understanding of guest needs and expectations. As Captain in Ossiano you will provide hands on support to the Restaurant Assistant Manager and assistance to colleagues in order to ensure that the highest levels of service and courtesy are provided to our guests. About You The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in hospitality with a minimum 1-2 years' experience in a Captain or Supervisor role. Were looking for candidates with extensive Michelin star environment exposure and with a proven track record of working in fine dining venues. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, have experience working in luxury environment, supervising diverse teams and have the ability to work under pressure. Captain in Ossiano will be perceived as a brand ambassador and will build an excellent rapport with the team and our guests. We would like you to demontrate strong beverage knowledge as well. Fluency in the following European languages will be a great asset: Spanish, French, Italian, Mandarin, Russian or Arabic.
