**Role Summary**
DC Aviation Al-Futtaim is hiring experienced **Captain and First Officer Flight Crew for the Challenger 650** to join our dynamic team based in Dubai. This full-time opportunity offers a unique chance to be part of a high-performance, multinational aviation organization with operations centered at Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC). **What You'll Do**

• Operate Challenger 650 flights in accordance with international aviation regulations and company procedures
• Support the Commander in all flight decisions and take over control when necessary
• Monitor aircraft status, fuel levels, technical readiness, and route familiarity
• Conduct pre-flight briefings, flight documentation, weather evaluation, and compliance checks
• Assist in accurate and timely completion of all required reports and logs
• Maintain professional standards and ensure passenger safety and comfort during every flight
• Work flexibly according to the roster requirements across international destinations

**Captain Requirements**

• Valid GCAA or ICAO ATPL/IR (GCAA preferred)
• Current Challenger 650 type rating
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Minimum 3000 PIC hours total, with at least 1500 hours on Challenger 650
• Native Russian speaker with fluent English
• Deep understanding of commercial aircraft operations over land and oceanic routes

**First Officer Requirements**

• Valid GCAA or ICAO ATPL/IR (GCAA preferred)
• Current Challenger 650 type rating
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Minimum 500 total flight hours
• Native Russian speaker with fluent English
• Strong knowledge of global flight regulations and aviation safety standards

• Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills in VIP aviation environments
