Supervise and support the service team to ensure smooth operations and consistent service quality Provide friendly, attentive, and professional table service when required Guide guests on food, beverage, and shisha selections to enhance their overall experience Coordinate closely with the shisha team and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction Monitor the cleanliness, setup, and ambiance of the lounge/terrace area Address guest requests, resolve concerns, and handle escalated issues promptly Train, coach, and motivate service staff to uphold service standards Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and hotel/service guidelines at all times Assist with inventory, stock control, and daily operational reports as needed

Qualifications



Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Captain in a shisha lounge, cafe, or hospitality outlet Good understanding of F&B offerings, service flow, and guest preferences Ability to prepare a variety of teas and specialty Arabic coffees Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Well-groomed, polite, and team-oriented Basic English required. Arabic language is an advantage
