Blackfield are supporting a client in the Flavours and Fragrance space who require an experienced Project Manager to support a major site upgrade and relocation for their Fragrance Division in Dubai. The Role

YouaEUR(TM)ll lead a $7M capital project currently in FEED stage, involving lab and office relocation, facility improvements, and the integration of new dosing equipment. The role demands strong stakeholder management, coordination with sites in Switzerland and the US, and the ability to keep day-to-day operations running during transition. Key Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle of site relocation and facility upgrade Oversee lab enhancements, including robotic dosing equipment Liaise with global teams, suppliers, and local stakeholders Maintain timelines, budgets, and ensure project deliverables Navigate challenges with current site infrastructure Requirements

Proven project management experience in Fragrance, Chemicals, or FMCG Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills Fluent in English; French is a strong advantage Local market knowledge preferred, relocation considered for the right profile Seniority level
