About Us
We are a growing business focused on creating high-quality, handcrafted candles. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to join our team to support both candle production and order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
Produce candles following company recipes, standards, and safety procedures. Prepare, package, and label orders for shipping. Coordinate with couriers/delivery companies to ensure timely dispatch of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace. Monitor stock of raw materials (wax, wicks, fragrance oils, packaging) and report when supplies are low. Assist in maintaining quality control and consistency across products.
Requirements
Prior experience in candle making, crafts, or manufacturing is an advantage (training can be provided). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Organizational skills and reliability in meeting deadlines. Comfortable with basic communication and coordination with couriers. Must be proactive, responsible, and a good team player. Creative input with an eye for design and trends.
