Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Campaigns & Lead Generation Specialist

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in

planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns

with at least

2 years of experience

in lead generation, preferably in the UAE market. This is an

in-person role

requiring strong collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute

marketing campaigns

to generate qualified leads. Manage and optimize

paid ads

(Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to meet campaign KPIs. Create and implement

email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and lead capture forms

. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights for optimization. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth handover and nurturing of generated leads. Research and identify new opportunities for lead generation in the UAE market. Manage CRM systems to track, qualify, and follow up on leads. Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce engaging campaign assets. Stay updated on the latest

marketing trends, tools, and lead generation strategies

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of proven experience

in campaigns and lead generation. Strong knowledge of

digital marketing platforms

(Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager). Hands-on experience with

CRM tools

(HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar). Experience in creating

data-driven campaigns

with measurable ROI. Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and performance tracking. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be based in

Dubai

and able to work

on-site/in-person

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). Minimum

2 years of relevant experience

in campaigns and lead generation.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
