Job Overview:



We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who is laser-focused on sourcing high-quality leads that convert into revenue. Your role will be to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients through strategic outbound and inbound marketing efforts. This is a performance-driven role with a revenue-sharing incentive, ensuring that the better your leads, the more you earn.

Responsibilities:



Lead Sourcing & Qualification: Identify and qualify high-potential leads for the sales team using a structured approach. Paid Advertising & Digital Lead Generation: Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other similar platforms to drive high-quality inbound leads. Inbound Lead Management: Optimize lead capture from digital campaigns, landing pages, and content marketing. CRM & Database Management: Maintain a clean and up-to-date lead database, tracking interactions and qualification status. Market Research & Targeting: Analyze market trends, industry verticals, and competitors to refine outreach strategies. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Align with sales to refine lead qualification criteria and improve conversion rates. Performance Analytics: Track and report lead generation metrics, continuously optimizing strategies to increase lead quality.

Requirements:



3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and email outreach strategies. Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Odoo CRM. Proven track record of delivering sales-qualified leads (SQLs) that convert. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers. Experience in ERP, SaaS, or tech solutions is a plus. Commute to work every day (Nad Al Hamar, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm)

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
