This role focuses on Google and Meta Ads, managing campaigns with a monthly budget ranging from AED 100,000 to 1,000,000, optimizing performance to generate measurable ROI.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, hands-on, and strategic, with deep experience in real estate or high-ticket services campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage lead-generation campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Optimize campaigns to achieve high-quality leads while efficiently managing large ad budgets (AED 100K-1M/month).
Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization to maximize ROI.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as CPL, ROI, CTR, and conversion metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with brand positioning, website landing pages, and email follow-ups.
Stay up-to-date with digital advertising trends, especially in real estate, and recommend new strategies to improve performance.
Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring timely execution and budget compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns for lead generation.
Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, managing high monthly budgets.
Strong understanding of tracking, analytics, and attribution tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Tag Manager, CRMs).
Experience in real estate or property-related campaigns is highly desirable.
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate into actionable campaign improvements.
Hands-on experience with ad copy, creatives, targeting, and landing page optimization.
