Manage and oversee daily operations of the labor camp
Ensure proper accommodation, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
Handle allocation of rooms and facilities for workers
Coordinate food services, housekeeping, laundry, and camp maintenance
Maintain discipline and resolve worker-related issues within the camp
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor camp regulations
Coordinate with HR and site management regarding manpower movement
Maintain camp records, including occupancy, incidents, and supplies
Handle camp security and monitor entry/exit of workers and visitors
Coordinate with service providers and vendors related to camp operations
Job Requirements:
Minimum experience as Camp Boss or similar role in the construction industry
Proven experience in handling labor camps and large workforce accommodations
Good knowledge of labor camp rules, health & safety, and local regulations
Strong leadership and people management skills
Basic computer skills (MS Word / Excel)
Ability to communicate effectively with workers and management
Physically fit and able to handle site and camp-related duties
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Experience:
Construction Industry: 3 years (Preferred)
* handling labor camp: 2 years (Preferred)
