Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and well-spoken
Calling Agent - Inventory & Admin
to handle property owner calls, build inventory, and support daily real estate administrative tasks. The ideal candidate understands real estate fundamentals, is interested in sales and negotiations, and can manage paperwork accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Call property owners to source, verify, and update property inventory
Communicate professionally with owners and explain market pricing
Assist in negotiations between owners and agents
Maintain accurate records of calls, listings, and owner details
Coordinate inventory with the sales team
Real Estate Admin Duties:
Prepare and manage real estate contracts (A, B, F, I forms, tenancy contracts, etc.)
Handle paperwork, letters, and official documentation
Prepare and manage invoicing and payment records
Maintain organized files for listings, deals, and contracts
Support the team with general administrative tasks as required
Requirements
Basic understanding of real estate sales and rentals
Interest in sales and negotiations
Excellent spoken
English
with a professional phone manner
Confident, polite, and clear communicator
Additional Skills (Preferred)
Knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Russian, etc.)
Previous real estate or administrative experience
Personal Attributes
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Presentable with professional attire
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Able to multitask and work independently
