Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide detailed information on cosmetic, dermatology, and aesthetic treatments.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using the clinic's booking system.
Manage inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email channels.
Follow up with clients regarding their appointments, treatments, and feedback.
Coordinate with the front desk and medical team for smooth client flow.
Maintain accurate and updated client information in the CRM system.
Support promotional campaigns by reaching out to potential leads and clients.
Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Ensure client confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in a
cosmetic, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic
(mandatory).
Fluent in Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and professional telephone etiquette.
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
Familiarity with
CRM or clinic management software
.
Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
