Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused

Call Centre Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, a pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:



Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries promptly and courteously. Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback. Provide accurate information regarding our services. Resolve customer issues effectively or escalate them to the concerned department. Maintain customer records by updating information in the system. Meet daily/weekly call targets and service quality standards. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills in

English

. Knowledge of other languages (such as Arabic, Russian, Hindi etc.]) is a strong advantage. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work well in a team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
