What You'll Do:

Lead and inspire:

Manage and mentor a team of call center agents to meet and exceed performance targets.

Monitor and improve:

Track KPIs such as customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and response time.

Coach and develop:

Provide hands-on training, support, and regular feedback to team members.

Resolve escalations:

Handle complex or escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy.

Ensure quality:

Oversee call quality and compliance with internal standards and procedures.

Analyze and report:

Prepare and present regular performance reports to the Call Center Manager.

Drive efficiency:

Recommend process improvements for better performance and customer experience.

Manage schedules:

Oversee team shifts and attendance to ensure smooth operations.

What We're Looking For:

Fluency in

Hindi

(spoken and written) is

mandatory

. At least

3 years of experience

in a call center, with

1+ year in a supervisory role

. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams. Strong communication skills in both

Hindi and English

. Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills. Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines. Proficiency with call center systems and tools (CRM, MS Office, etc.). A customer-first attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.
