The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client interactions in a professional and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries from prospective clients
Qualify leads and collect essential project information
Schedule on-site visits for sales managers
Maintain CRM records accurately and ensure all client interactions are logged
Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and gather feedback after visits
Support the sales team in maintaining smooth client communication
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or call center (experience in construction/renovation sector is a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Russian or Arabic is a plus)
Strong interpersonal and client management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Highly organized with attention to detail
Important: Candidate must be able to commute daily to our office in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC)
