The Call Center Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to catering and event services. This role ensures timely responses to inquiries, accurate information sharing, and exceptional customer service to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding catering and event services.
Provide detailed information about menus, packages, pricing, and event options.
Identify client needs, suggest suitable packages, and prepare quotations.
Coordinate with the events and operations team to confirm availability and requirements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings in the CRM system.
Follow up with potential leads to maximize sales opportunities.
Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in a call center, hospitality, or catering/events environment.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Strong sales and customer service orientation.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Working Conditions
Shift-based schedule, including weekends or evenings during peak event seasons.
Office-based role with occasional site visits if required.
