We are seeking
Tele sales Data Analyst & Sales Training for call center Agents to support daily operations by managing data, monitoring Quality of calls and sales performance records, and preparing accurate quality reports using internal systems. The role involves analyzing records, and ensuring calling a accuracy, product knowledge of Agents to support business growth and sales closing
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with structured data and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
listens and audit calls made by agents by using company s' internal system
Maintain and track Agents and team shortfalls, prepare training materials accordingly and taring the team .
Prepare regular quality and status reports
Analyze data to identify completed, pending, or mismatched records
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Identify discrepancies and report issues to management
Maintain data confidentiality and follow company policies
Requirements:
Basic experience in data analysis, reporting, or quality control
Good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
Ability to work with internal systems or CRM platforms
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Good communication and organizational abilities
Prior experience in a data or reporting role is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
